General Notes
The text appears to have been a scribal join of an erased palimpset text. This may be part of a memorandum. One wonders if this joins to the memorandum entry A4.9.

Porten, Bezalel, and Ada Yardeni. Textbook of Aramaic Documents from Ancient Egypt. 4 vols. Jerusalem: Hebrew University, 1986.
Textual Notes
The reference to the iranian word "investigation" in line 12 is curious. This seems to be a memorandum of a petition in order to request the rebuilding of the temple--not a statement that the temple has been approved or rebuilt. r 10: This line is difficult. The verb at the end is singular not plural as would be expected if its subject were the series of sacrifices
