In the month of Mesore, year 15[+2] (=17) of King Darius, in Elephantine the fortress, [Natan son of] Hôšeˁa, an Aramean of
Syene of the detachment of Nabûkudurrî, (1) said (2) to Yis[laḥ] son of Gadûl, an Aramean of Syene of the detachment of [PN, sa]ying: You have (a claim) on me (for)
silver, [one] karsh, [four shekels, that is sta]ters in the amount of 6[+1 (=7). You have (a claim)] on me for part of the silver,
(the) value of the house of your sons [...] ... [...] ... your mother. I, Nat[an, shall pa]y you this silver,
one karsh four (shekels), by ... [...] the month of Paḥons, year 10[+8] (=18) of King [Da]rius,
[...] ... And if [I do not p]ay (and) give you this silver, one karsh, fo[ur] shekels,
