The docket misidentifies the patronymic of Menaḥem and ˁAnanyah. It should be Mešullam!! Is it possible the docket writer is different than the contract writer?

In the month of Elul, that is Pay[ni], year 4 of Darius the king, then in Elephantine the fortress, said
Menaḥem and ˁAnanyah, all (told) 2, sons of Mešullam son of Šelômam, Jews of Elephantine the fortress of the detachment of Iddinnabu,
to Yedanyah and Maḥseyah, all (told) 2, sons of ˀEsḥôr son of Ṣeḥaˀ from Mibṭaḥyah daughter of Maḥseyah, Jews
of the same detachment, saying: W[e] brought suit of npʾ against you before Ramnadaina, Chief (and) Vidranga
the Troop Commander, saying: "There (are) the[se] goods — woolen and linen garments, bronze and iron utensils, wooden
and palm-leaf utensils, grain and other (things).” Saying: “Goods ˀEsḥôr your father took from Šelômam son of ˁAzaryah. Moreover,
he said, ‘There are (these goods) which on depos[it] were placed.’ But he took possession-status and did not return (them) to him.” And consequently, we brought (suit) against you.
Afterwards, you were interrogated and you, Yedanyah and Maḥseyah sons of ˀEsḥôr, satisfied our heart in (regard to) those goods
and our heart was satisfied herein from this d[a]y forever. I, Menaḥem and ˁAnanyah, we are withdrawn from you
from this day forever. We shall no[t] be able — we, or our sons or our daughters, or our brothers, or a man who is ours, near (or far), or member of (a detachment or)
town — they shall not be able to br[i]ng against [yo]u, you, Yedanyah and Maḥseyah, suit or process. And they shall not be able to bring (suit) against your children
or your brothers, or a man of yours in the [na]me of (the) goods and silver, grain and other (things) of Šelômam son of ˁAzaryah. And if we,
or our sons or our daughters, or a man who is ours, or the sons of Šelômam son of ˁAzaryah, bring (suit) against you or bring (suit) against your sons or your daughters,
or a man who is yours, then whoever shall bring su[it] about it shall give you, or your sons or whomever they bring (suit) against, the penalty
of silver, ten karsh by the stone(-weight)s of the king, silver 2 q(uarters) to 1 karsh, and he is likewise withdrawn from these goods about which
we brought (suit), without suit or without process. Wrote Maˁûzyah son of Natan this document at the instruction of Menaḥem and ˁAnanyah, all (told) 2
sons of Mešullam son of Šelômam. (2nd hand) \Witness/ Menaḥem son of Gadûl; (3rd hand) Gadûl son of Berakyah; (4th hand) Menaḥem son of ˁAzaryah;
(5th hand) witness Hôdawyah son of Zakkûr son of ˀÔšaˁyah.
