From Arsames to Ar[tavan]t. I send yo[u abundant] (greetings of) welfare and strength. [And now, the grant] was given [b]y the king and by me to Aḥḥapi
my servant who was an offic[ial] in my domains which are in Up[per and Lower (Egypt). Now, [Ps]amshek the son of Aḥḥapi who now
has been made an official in his stead in my domains which are in Upper [and Lower (Egypt) asked to carry on] that grant the king and by me
[was gi]ven to Ahhapi. Let Psamshek his son be permitted to carry on that grant there in Eg[y]pt.
