From Arsames to Nakhtḥor, Kenzasirma and his colleagues. And now, Varuvahya the prince says to me here thus, saying: "The domain which was given to me by my lord
in Egypt -- that (one), they say are not bringing to me anything from there. If, then, it thus please my lord, let a letter by sent from my lord to Nakhtḥor the official
and the accountants that they issue instruction to (one) named Ḥatubasti my official to the effect that he release the RENT of thsoe domains and bring (it) to me with the RENT which
Nakhtḥor is bringing." Now, Arsames says thus: "You, issue instruction to Ḥatubasti, official of Varuvahya, to the effect that (5) he release (4) the RENT of the domains of Varyvahya in full
and the accrued increment and bring (it) and come with the treasure which by me (order) was issued to bring to Babylon." Artavahya knows this order Rashta is the scribe.
