Textual Notes
ln. 9: רק is well accepted as an error for רחק.
ln. 10: The writer is either {בתי |בוני}. Be/itya is known from the Hermopolis papyri TAD A2 1.14 and 4.3. Bûnnî is known from Neh 9:4; 10:16; 11:15. Porten prefers the latter (English, 208 n. 20.). A large spaces is expected between ו and its following letter in this, but no example of ת exhibits a minite space between the two strokes.
ln. 11. for the names see proper_names table and notes. The מ after Nabûzî was as failed attempted by מכיה to write his name who errased it, and instead wrote under Z. Nabûzî. The reason for the erasure is not clear. So far, no study known to me has discussed the order of the witnesses in Aramaic or LB sources.

On the 25th of Phamen[o]th, that is day 20 of Sivan, year 14 of \King/ Artaxerxes,
said Mîcaˀ son of ⸢ˀA⸣[ḥîô] ⸢to⸣ ˁAnanî son of ˁAzar[yah], a lḥn-servitor to Yahô at Elephantine,
saying: You (m.s.) gave me silver, 5 šeqels as price of the hyr belonging to you (m.s.) (for) which
you (m.s.) layed charge against me herein and my heart was satisfied with it[s] price. I shall not be able to sue you (m.s.)
(with) a lawsuit or litigation in the name of this hyrʾ (for) which you (m.s.) layed charge against me herein. If I lay charge
against you (m.s.) (before) judge or lord in the name of [t]his hyrʾ, (for) which I layed charge against you (m.s.)
herein and (for which) you (m.s.) paid m[e] its price, silver ⸢5⸣ šeqels, and (for which) I withdrew from you,
(then) I shall pay you silver, 5 karsh. If one sues you—brother or sister
acquaintence or outsider (sic) in the name of this hyrʾ, I [shall] clear (the claim) and pay you.
