מל<כ><<ה>>א: This emendation is a guess based on context. Perhaps the writer was copying from an oral source, in which case ḥ may have been misheard as ḵ. פטחנמ? looks like פטחנס. Reading מ follows Röllig which seem more reasonable, although it does not resemble the stroke pattern?
