Textual Notes
ln. 1: הכרסימ (Phoenician) meaning uncertain. Perhaps it is a type of vessel or vase known in Greek, in which case this would be a jar-type or jar-measurement label. Alternatively, it may be a proper name, though I think that is unlikely. Lastly, it could be a gentilic (ethnic designation) or an occupation, which might overlap with a specific type of vessel for/from this class of individual. It seems to me that this is likely a jar label or mark akin to ממלא or בת. Compare KAI 49:16 = DEAPS 11489. (Moore). upside down לנבוברכ (Aramaic) ברכ בר ⸢ש⸣[...] (Aramaic)
