General Notes
CHECK Bresciani's article for the actual provenance; excavation??

Textual Notes
My readings come from a poor scan of Bresciani's photograph and TAD's handcopy. The first names on lines 2 and 4 represent the beginning of many different Egyptian names. The patronymic of line 2 could represent the Egyptian name element -mr or -mry. The patronymic of line 4 is complicated. I have retained the reading of Bresciani (followed by TAD) here because I do not have a reliable photograph to read, but I am inclined to suggest instead ⸢Ḥ⸣RT⸢B⸣[ˀ] (Egy. Ḥr-tꜢ-bꜢ.t, Vittmann, 103). The fragment’s first line was read by Bresciani as ⸢WBˁ⸣... and by TAD as ⸢ZBˁ⸣... No clearly attested Egyptian name in Aramaic begins with these letters. Instead, the first letter may be read as P with an effaced descending stroke. The second letter may be B or Ṭ. In either case PB... or PṬ... represent the beginning of known Egyptian names.
