Textual Notes
cc 3: The readings are clear, the meaning of the terms are not. Perhaps, they are non-semitic proper names? No clear examples in NA Prosopography for Tallqvist.
cc 5: The reading סנאוה is clear. Generally, חיל follows either a geographic name, a gentilic, or a possessive. The later of which makes a personal possible, though I know of no clear example. If a personal name cf. the name סלואה (P. 13489) or the Egyptian Sinuhe. Alternatively, this could be a defective spelling for √שני/שנא though both orthographically and syntactically (preceded by a noun in the contrstruct) this seems unlikely.
