Textual Notes
cv 1: HL reads מהלפ from √לפפ C-stem part (HL p. 523). It is in the IR photograph that ink extends above the thnickness of the diagonal stroke, indicating that two strokes where made to form a crown. The top of the letter is written on the edge of the sherd, and did not facilitate well articulated crown like that on כ cc 4.
cv 2: The פ in אלפ is clearly not a נ as in HL.
cv 3: So too Lemaire, "Review," 180.
