Textual Notes
In lieu of a photograph or access to the object, TAD's transliteration is adopted here. The translation generally follows TAD.
I had contacted Röllig who claims that the photos he had he would send to the Museum, but the museum never received them, to my knowledge. Röllig sent me photocopies, which are illegible Bibliography: →Textbook of Aramaic documents 4 D 3.16 (Porten, Bezalel / Yardeni, Ada - 1999) (default) ∙Joisten-Pruschke, Juden von Elephantine p. 204-206 no. 4.17 (Joisten-Pruschke, Anke - 2008)
∙MDAI Kairo 46 (1990), p. 252 no. 3 descr. (Farid, Adel - 1990) ∙ Porten, "Elephantine" in Westbrook ANE Law, p. 876 still considers it a fragmentary dowry list.
