Lines 5 and five may contain the left edge of the manuscript.
r 3: what I read as a ב at the end (TAD = ◦) matches the bottom horzontal stroke traces, which are most likely ב or ט, and since the טט is not a common word and טב fits the context, my reading is preferred.
r 4: CAL translates "make certain!"
r 6: perhaps the final word should be a form of √שלח "to send word" since עלא in ID 11913 r4 = to write about it.
